We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers must notify us of any return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear images or videos showing the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Veil by MJ. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by Veil by MJ.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
