All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

We offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations. International shipping availability may vary depending on location and courier serviceability.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on destination, courier partner, customs clearance, and external factors.
Domestic (UAE) deliveries typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International deliveries may take 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier-related issues. Veil by MJ is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Veil by MJ will not be liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
In the event that your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos for prompt assistance.
